Agile project charter template

Any project requires a charter, similarly Agile projects.  The Agile charter has similar characteristics to other charters in planning all project elements from project vision, objectives, in/out of scope, governance structure. It includes detailed project budget, resource plan.  The difference is allowing work plan to be iterative by planning “Just Enough” and allowing for product backlog requirements.
