PMO Roadmap template – Highlevel

Once an assessment of a PMO is completed and a roadmap has been presented and approved. Defining the PMO functions, services, and interactions with the other organization functions becomes essential. The template has a sample structure of suggested functions that can be updated, identifies the services for each function, and determine the expected interactions between PMO and each department within the organization.
