Project Health checklist

 
A project health checklist is a list that can be used by project managers to ensure they are on track, by PMO representative to measure project completion and health check.  It can be provided to the sponsor to educate the sponsor on the areas that the project manager, and the PMO will be tracking and looking for. Further, it sets expectations with the sponsor around sign-off’s and approvals.
