Agile Project Checklist

An Agile project health checklist is a list that can be used by project managers, SCRUM Masters, and team members as a checkpoint to ensure that deliverables are on track.  For organization adopting Agile, list can be provided to the sponsor to set expectations around iterative delivery, sign-off’s and approvals.
