Course Description

 

Agile project management is becoming increasingly hot topic.  While Agile foundation covers the concepts and principles behind Agile and how projects are managed through the Agile methodology.  In the advance Agile project management, participants will learn the variety of tools and techniques to requirements planning, estimations planning, various tools to track and monitor and able to apply through group exercise and hands-on opportunities during the course which will allow the teams to demonstrate their competency in the advanced Agile methods.

• Understanding of where Agile Project Management fits on the management-methodology spectrum
• Appreciation of the history and evolution of Agile Project Management
• Knowledge of a variety of Agile techniques, including requirements management, estimating and planning, documentation practices, quality management, and metrics and control
• Understanding when the use of Agile Project Management is appropriate and when it is not

 

 

Course outline

 

• Agile project management advanced techniques (SCRUM, LEAN, AGILE)
• Use multiple techniques to Agile Requirements Management
• Use of games and team interaction to Agile Planning and Estimation
• Track progress through kanban
• Conduct positive feedback through the use of  the 4 L’s retrospective

• 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 3 days every saturday
