PMO checklist follows GPMOS’s AIM (Assess, Implement, and Manage) allowing PMO heads and those whom report into to check the PMO deliverables and questions to confirm against every phase to ensure success to PMO set-up and implementations and serve as measure to PMO deliverables and sets expectations
