PMO RFP Scorecard Evaluation

RFP allows PMO or other departments leverage the template to evaluate and select vendors for “products, services, or consulting work” for your organization. Simple criteria that can be modified to fit the nature of your RFP.  Criteria include response completeness, deliverables and approach, timing of delivery, resources, and pricing.  Each evaluator will fill in based on 5 categories that will add up to pass or fail and ability to see all vendors evaluated side by side for easy reference, and decision.
