Meeting Agenda template
Meetings should be organized and crisp, attendees should know what they are attending, what the topic is, and what is expected of them. Launching a meeting with an agenda allows the project team to be better prepared; hence, focused discussions and emphasis on action.
Meetings without agenda lack focus, direction, and often time, the first half of the meeting is spent figuring out what’s the objective of the meeting and whether all attendees are required to attend.

We know not every project member can be in a meeting; therefore, this document is record for project meetings and as a reference to the project team on discussion items, decisions, and action items.
It summarized the meeting agenda, list those who attended or missed the meeting, summary of the meeting and most important focus on actions and decisions and who was assigned what action for easy follow-up by the project manager and the project team.

Project Change management template
A change request form is a formal record for documenting a change. A change that can be raised by any member of the project team, sponsor included. The essence of change request is to list the drivers for change, impact of the change, required funds and resources, recommendations, and agreement of parties being impacted by change, and finally approval to move/hold/differ.

Charter heavy is used for large projects with complex team structure, large budget and phased deliverables over a long period of time. It includes detailed project budget, resource plan, and project work plan.

Project Charter Light
We believe not all projects are created the same; hence, one size fits all project charter is not the right answer. Charter light is used for mid-size and small projects. The charter focuses on the must have areas as is project objectives, scope, risks, assumptions, deliverables, and sets boundaries for the project team and sponsor to know what is in scope and out of scope for delivery.

Project Health checklist
A project health checklist is a list that can be used by project managers to ensure they are on track, by PMO representative to measure project completion and health check. It can be provided to the sponsor to educate the sponsor on the areas that the project manager, and the PMO will be tracking and looking for. Further, it sets expectations with the sponsor around sign-off’s and approvals.

Project lessons learned template
This is called project lessons learn, or project closure report, or project implementation review, or project post mortem. Whatever name might be used, objective of this template to capture major success, major issues, and relate both to project scope, budget, and success criteria defined in the charter, and stakeholders expectations.
An improvement/action plan results from lessons learned which the success of it is to be followed through to accomplish these action and more important to learn and repeat similar issues on future projects.
